Good news for Ford - the Rooneys have had a little Ka
Right, birth plus a few minutes of Kai Wayne Rooney and the challenge is how to justify mentioning the big moment on a motoring blog.
Okay, some background first
Mum was confined at Liverpool Women's Hospital.
In Hawaiian the name means big water - nappy manufacturers please note.
In Navajo it means willow tree.
In Maori it means food but not necessarily a pasty.
On the other hand Roo' is known to be a fan of the Mortal Kombat video game, in which Kai is a character.
However here is the good news for the Ford Motor Company.
In Liverpool no child is ever named that goes on not to have its moniker foreshortened to a single syllable. It's the law.
Therefore Stephen becomes not Steve but Ste.
Ladies and gentlemen please welcome to the world 'Ka' Rooney, available as a 1.2 petrol or 1.3 TDCi.
