All the usual suspects then, darling Darling.

Fags up, booze up and petrol up. The cost of killing yourself in this country just continues to rise.

However we do get scrappage from next month until 2010.
Right. Now is it me or do you see a failing in this?You wash up at the garage with your old (pre-1999) smoker and the Government guarantees £2k off a new car.
Currently showing up at a dealership with your underpants on the right way round should get you a £2k discount, more if you think you are hard enough.
Mark my words, some dealers will see this as the Government sponsoring their discounts. If you trade in under scrappage you should expect that £2,000 plus whatever you would have got off list price before.
Bet you don't get it though.
